Agile Business Analyst


We are currently looking for an experienced Agile Business Analyst to join our BA practice. To be successful you will have proven experience working within Agile centric environments  ideally relating to  projects covering implementation of technology, people and process initiatives.

You will have exposure to working on transformation projects and enjoy working in a fast paced environment where you will be able to use your expertise and provide thought leadership across the project.
  
It is expected that you will have  proven experience in using business analysis techniques including: elicitation, documentation, interviewing techniques, conducting workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, traceability and business scenarios. You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.  You will be part of a cohesive and very collaborative BA practice that will offer support and idea sharing to enable you to be successful and deliver great outcomes on the project.

If you have had exposure to contact centre projects covering contact centre metrics, measures and reporting requirements then that would be advantageous.
