Administration Assistant - Investments


The purpose and focus of this role is to provide high quality and efficient administrative, organisational and facilities support to members of the Investment Team.

This assistant role will be responsible for providing general administrative support and assistance to the Team Lead of Investments Administration and wider Investments team as required; manage the visitor registration process of all guests, effective management of multiple meeting rooms, staff kitchens and associated amenities. receive and sort mail, including processing outgoing mail and arranging courier services, provide support to VC / AV equipment & AV set-ups/presentations within meeting rooms and book domestic and international travel.

To be successful you will have demonstrated ability to work in the strictest of confidence and ability to handle confidential information within the Investments team, have experience in administrative functions and office practices including diary, travel and cost centre management, processing of accounts payable, journal preparation and other general ledger transactional processes coupled with Intermediate working knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and the Internet.

Industry background within Investments, Funds Management, Superannuation or Financial Services highly preferable.
