About The Role

Role Location: 242 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000

Role Type: Permanent Fulltime

As the Business Optimisation & Reporting Analyst, you will work with business stakeholders to analyse and synthesise information, understand the organisational context and complete business analysis activities. You will be responsible for the production of all Customer Servicing Wealth reports, as well as the interpretation and interrogation of data to conceive initiatives, elicit and document requirements and manage these throughout implementation.

You will also be responsible for other business improvement project activities such as testing, process mapping and change management. Working within the business stakeholder engagement framework for the Business Optimisation stream, you will communicate these requirements to key stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of an initiative objectives and benefits, and provide appropriate visibility of the initiative progress.

  
About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Previous data analytics experience and/or related technical experience preferred
  • Detailed knowledge of business analysis tasks, experience in idea conception, elicitation techniques and competent in requirements gathering skills
  • Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a medium complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management lifecycles, disciplines and procedures
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
