The BPM Senior Developer plays an important role within our Information Technology department and in this role you will design, develop, test, deploy and maintain enterprise applications utilising IBM BPM technologies. You would also be responsible for:
To be successful in this role you will have proven and extensive experience in a similar IBM BPM development role with proven knowledge of industry standards and best practice.
You will pride yourself on your ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and bring with you advanced knowledge of Java/J2EE, a strong working knowledge of the Spring framework and of Hibernate or mapping framework. You will have advanced browser based UI development skills, database design and programming skills. Additionally, you will have knowledge of the current OS and DB environments in use at the Bank, i.e. Windows, Linux, SQL Server, Oracle. Experience in an Agile environment will be highly regarded.
