Client Services Manager - part time

Bound Round

Primary objective/General overview of the role:

The Client Services Manager is responsible for building Bound Round’s capability to enable the effective and efficient delivery of client content and projects, as well as the implementation of the strategic initiatives and priorities.

As a leader, the Client Services Manager will ensure the priorities of the team and the wider Bound Round business are met. The development of a collaborative environment, which allows the appropriate management of available resources to meet the team’s priorities, is essential.

This role is responsible for:

  • Ensuring client commitments are delivered on time and to budget
  • Compilation and delivery of client campaign reports
  • Ensuring client satisfaction with the content creation and delivery process (how we work with them and the outcomes they receive)
  • Maintaining profit margins on content production and client projects
  • Developing and managing the content production resource pool to enable Bound Round to scale quickly and efficiently
  • Managing the workload and the content production team
  • Working with external partners and internal Bound Round teams to deliver operational outcomes
  • Communication across Bound Round teams
  • Reporting to Bound Round management on results of individual and aggregated client campaigns 


You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Great knowledge of the digital content landscape and travel industry
  • Experience as a project / client services professional, with demonstrated capability balancing competing requirements and timeframes with a sunny disposition
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Superior communication skills - written and on the phone
  • Creative problem solving skills and can think outside the box
  • An understanding of digital project and marketing tools - experience with Hubspot, Trello and Wordpress will be highly beneficial
  • Continuous improvement skills - an understanding of how to develop and refine processes to ensure the business evolves and improves efficiency and client satisfaction
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in and deliver from day 1

Skills required:

  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Experience of managing people in direct and virtual teams.
  • Experience of managing client-facing projects
  • Strong commercial acumen and an empathy for start-up business constraints
  • Love working in an environment where creative thinking is the norm
  • Digital savvy and experience working in the Google suite as well as with Hubspot marketing, Trello and Wordpress
