Our Sales Consultants are the face of our stores and day to day will be responsible for:
• Talking to our customers about our award winning products
• consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience
• TOFU! Take ownership and follow up with our customers
• Knowing our Bankwest products and tailor packages to our customer's needs
• Get involved in coaching and mentoring your colleagues, help each other have the right type of conversations to best help our customers
• Help out your team and have fun!!!
