Bankwest is adopting new ways of working and embracing new technologies to meet rapidly changing customer needs in today’s digital economy. The opportunity to play an influential role in this dynamic environment and contribute to the success of Bankwest has become available in our Process Transformation team who are responsible for delivering process transformation reviews and programs that will support Bankwest in improving our customer experience, reducing waste, handoffs and friction. The team are also responsible for defining the Productivity framework including standards and habits to further enhance productivity and continuous capability across Bankwest.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager Products, Operations and Analytics you will be in a vital leadership position setting the chapter strategy, direction and road map for the Process Transformation Chapter. You will partner with the Tribes and Leadership teams to identify, prioritise and execute key process improvement initiatives. In addition you will also define the development pathway for the Process and Productivity competency, inspire colleagues to continuously improve and develop their respective capabilities.
