The opportunity to play an influential role in this dynamic environment and contribute to the success of Bankwest has become available in our Process Transformation team who are responsible for delivering process transformation reviews and programs that will support Bankwest in improving our customer experience, reducing waste, handoffs and friction. The team are also responsible for defining the Productivity framework including standards and habits to further enhance productivity and continuous capability across Bankwest.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager Products, Operations and Analytics you will be in a vital leadership position setting the chapter strategy, direction and road map for the Process Transformation Chapter. You will partner with the Tribes and Leadership teams to identify, prioritise and execute key process improvement initiatives. In addition you will also define the development pathway for the Process and Productivity competency, inspire colleagues to continuously improve and develop their respective capabilities.

Is this you?

  • Significant experience leading large scale process transformation. Proven success leading medium and large scale initiatives through to completion.
  • Significant experience in inspiring, coaching and leading teams, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Deep understanding of operating models, business processes and systems.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategy across the wider organisation.
  • Deep lean six sigma experience and expertise, ideally at Master Black Belt level (desirable).
  • Experience working within agile operating models (desirable).
