This role resides in our Technology & Transofrmation division which is responsible for delivering the technology and solutions the bank needs to help people achieve what matters, today and for generations to come. As part of this, it oversees the development and execution of a portfolio of strategic and operational change, both within the Divisions and across Group, that is associated with (but not limited to) that technology.
The Customer Delivery (CD) function is accountable for managing Technology & Transofrmation relationships both with Bankwest Divisions and Group when it comes to planning for and delivering large, strategic and often complex change programs including technology, organisational and operational change initiatives.
The Business Analyst will work in a delivery team, either as the sole business analyst or with other analysts, depending upon the size of the features the team are working on. The incumbent will work collaboratively with key stakeholder representatives from across the organisation to enable positive change.
