Are you a proactive bid coordinator with administration experience? Aurecon is reshaping the way we win work through curiosity and creativity. We are after an enthusiastic coordinator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management skills a strong eye for detail.

Joining a growing and creative team, the role of Winning Work Coordinator is a crucial connector. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in developing strong business relationships but also be able to work independently. You will be highly organised with the flexibility to respond to multiple priorities.

You will be responsible for providing efficient bid coordination services including scheduling meetings, sourcing and collating information and documents, developing programs, monitoring deliverables against deadlines and contacting stakeholders to assess progress. You will also provide administration support to the ANZ Leader.

To be successful in this role you will being a genuine interest and learning focus that is complemented by excellent coordination, communication and administration skills including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Tertiary qualification in writing, journalism, communications, business management or similar and APMP foundation level accreditation highly regarded. A minimum of three years’ experience within contracting or professional services or firms is an advantage.
