About the role:

We have an opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our internal IT team. This newly created role will lead a team of Business Analysts and has two core purposes – Capability uplift and hands on BA work.  There is a focus on the capability uplift of the perm BAs and IT Business Partners as well as improving the processes, standards and tools used by the team. This role will also get hands on in our large portfolio of projects providing BA services.

The requirements of the position will include:

  • Hands on Business Analysis services
  • Management of a scaleable team
  • Establishing standards, processes and tools
  • Providing quality checks

What we are looking for:

  • 8+ years managing business analysis on IT projects
  • Experience working in global teams and establishing capability
  • Proven ability to lead a team
  • Commitment to continuous learning and mentoring
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments
