Senior 3D Artist

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior 3D artist with the ability to lead project teams from inception to delivery. An acute eye for detail and exceptional technical skills will be necessary to ensure an efficient workflow with the team and successful execution of advanced creative concepts.

The ability to work directly with clients and project directors to develop creative concepts is required to be successful in this role. You will need to work within our production pipeline but also drive it forward with new developments and workflows.

As a senior artist your will also be the steward of our production and creative standards to make sure they are adhered to. Mentoring and upskilling junior and mid-level staff as required.

Our senior artists are expert generalists, with multiple skill sets to enable them when delivering finished projects, including knowledge of motion graphics, editing, sound design, particles animation and effects and real-time solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside project directors to deliver high quality work within deadline and to client brief
  • Deliver animatics through to final shots
  • Develop 3d scenes - model, textures, light, animate and render and animate
  • Complete, manage and deliver post-production and editing on your projects
  • Work as part of a project team ensure consistency in quality and file structure
  • Meet project deadline and deliverables
  • Mentor and upskill junior staff

Key requirements:

  • Ability to work rapidly, collaboratively and independently
  • Experience in Architecture essential
    3DS Max, Vray, Adobe Suite essential
  • Experience with Unity/Unreal
  • Post production workflow in Fusion
  • Interest or experience in 3D workflow for realtime VR/AR
  • Design or art background
  • Knowledge of 3d plugins such as Forest Pro, Railclone, Anima, Grow FX
  • Seamless compositing of CG and photographic elements
