About the role

Aurecon's Recruitment team are keen to engage with a Recruitment & Sourcing professional to partner with our existing team and assist on a wide variety of positions across our New South Wales portfolio.

This Sydney (Neutral Bay) based role will predominantly focus on delivering recruitment solutions for our Advisory, Energy, Buildings and Infrastructure groups. 

A major focus of this position will be in the first few months to assist with Graduate recruitment.

Key responsibilities for this 6 month, fixed term role will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the business with our 2017/18 Graduate and Vacation programme intake
  • Co-ordination of and involvement in screening, interviewing, assessment days, provision of feedback and finalisation of hires
  • Providing timely end to end recruitment services to our key stakeholders focusing on permanent, fixed term and casual recruitment
  • Supporting the current Recruitment team with end-to-end process across multiple levels across different locations and engineering disciplines
  • Delivering impeccable candidate care

What we are looking for

  • A sound understanding of the types of roles existing in our industry
  • Previous experience of running / facilitating Graduate Recruitment programmes would be advantageous
  • The ability and willingness to work in a fast paced environment coupled with strong relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to work effectively across geographical and cultural boundaries to create and promote a collaborative culture
  • Flair for working in high pressure professional services environment and multitasking to optimise outcomes
  • Recruitment database management (PageUp and or Workday experience strongly preferred
  • The ability to work autonomously and drive own performance
