Office Manager - Geraldton

Aurecon brings ideas to life to design a better future. Imagining what is possible, we turn problems into solutions. We provide advisory, design, delivery and asset management services on projects across the globe. Using ingenuity, innovation, and technology we seek to unravel complexity, create clarity and invent new value for clients. In partnership with these clients we enhance communities with projects that are diverse and globally recognised for engineering and technical excellence by independent industry awards.

Our Geraldton office has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team and play a dual role in project delivery and office management.

Working closely across industry sectors, you will focus primarily on project delivery. However the role does entail office management functions as well; you will be seen as Aurecon Regional Leader driving office culture and continuing to grow and enhance our brand.

We are currently looking for individuals who possess:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering including Chartered status
  • Proven background in civil infrastructure projects to support the project delivery of Land development, Transport or Port projects
  • Experience in managing and motivating an Engineering team
  • Strong knowledge of local market
  • Experience in growing business across industry sectors
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and with clients
  • The ability to build outstanding relationships

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to take the next step in their career in regional Western Australia, with a role which encompasses project delivery and office management. If you are a proactive and positive individual looking for your next challenge, then don't delay.
