About the role:

We have an opportunity for a Change & Communications Manager to join our internal IT team. This newly created role will focus on improving the connectivity of the IT division globally with our internal stakeholders and drive communication strategies to the business as it relates to significant change programmes.  There is a strong focus on ensuring that as the operating cadence & structure of the IT division flexes that key stakeholders are brought along on the journey.

The requirements of the position will include:

  • Creation & execution of an annual IT change & communications roadmap
  • Develop, or bring in house, relevant tools to manage internal communication
  • Coaching and mentoring colleagues through change journeys
  • Building strong networks amongst key internal, non-IT stakeholders

 What we are looking for:

  • Experience in Organisational Change & Communications Management
  • Stakeholder engagement & management experience at a senior level
  • Comfort engaging teams which are dispersed and located in different offices globally
  • Commitment to continuous learning and mentoring
  • A passion for storytelling
