Aurecon’s Built Environment team consists of diverse technical and advisory specialists who have a long standing and successful history of undertaking Structural design and project management services for major projects across the country and internationally.

This established, growing and vibrant team, based in our Perth offices requires an enthusiastic, creative and confident Graduate Structural Engineer to come on board and work on a wide variety of projects. 

Within the Built Environment team, you will become exposed to technical development, focussed across a variety of Structural Disciplines, have the opportunity to work on local projects in the Perth region as well as the opportunity to work on major, multidisciplinary projects currently underway further afield.

While working with senior practitioners, you will develop your career around providing innovative, strategic and practical solutions to improve our clients’ business and enable clients to make more informed decisions.

The Emerging Professionals Programme will develop your skills and knowledge to become a recognised professional in your field. Our four year programme is designed to help guide and develop our graduates into successful technical consultants, focusing on self-management, client relationships, financial & business acumen and project leadership.

Through the programme you can work with different types of professionals from a variety of disciplines, willing to share their knowledge and expertise. The exposure to our leading professionals will help you gain the experience needed to build your career. If you want to continue your studies by completing a post-graduate course you can also apply for education assistance to help cover the cost.

Through your Line Manager you will get regular feedback from project leaders and other professionals as well as exposure to many areas of our business. In addition, Aurecon also encourages participation for all Emerging Professionals in our formal Mentoring programme - Mentoring for Success, allowing interested and passionate senior members of staff to connect with, engage and support our Emerging Professionals on their career journey within Aurecon.
