Facilities Assistant

We are seeking applications from enthusiastic individuals interested in a position as Facilities Administration Assistant to join our fantastic Perth office. The role will be on a part time basis – times negotiable.

Your Role

The role involves providing support to the Facilities Manager in managing the Perth office facility in a proactive manner to ensure it is well maintained and operating effectively and efficiently. This involves managing key activities and seeking to improve existing processes and procedures.

About You 

Your key qualities and skills would include: 

  • Great people skills with staff, clients, visitors and vendors.
  • A proactive, forward-thinking and supportive approach to your work
  • A high level of organisational skills and ability to multi task
  • Enjoy assisting with Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Sustainability tasks
  • Intermediate level of MS office including Excel and Word
  • Previous administration background with experience in setting up video conferencing, IT, use of Outlook and other booking systems is desirable
