A recent internal transfer has created an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide professional support to one of our busiest Client Directors. This role will be offered on a full time permanent basis at our prestigious office in Melbourne’s Docklands
The successful applicant will be able to show evidence of success in a similar role in a professional services environment. Relevant experience will be underpinned by a resourceful approach and the use of initiative and intuition to organise diaries, schedules, and events and complete tasks with minimal supervision. With regular client interaction we’ll be looking for a confident communicator with a polished and professional approach. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite is essential.
