Electrical - Associate/Senior Engineer

We are now looking for a client facing, Associate Electrical Engineer to work in our Building Services team based in Perth. You will apply the latest technologies to our ever-expanding workload of major building services projects, take on significant design responsibilities and play a key part in developing new technical services for our growing list of clients. As well, you will play a major role in the growth of our business and be capable in marketing our services.

You will possess the following qualities:

  • Possess a relevant tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering
  • A strong building services background in a top tier consulting environment
  • Experience in healthcare, education, infrastructure, defence and data centre environments would be an advantage
  • The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Be driven to deliver high quality outcomes for clients
  • The ability to lead and mentor staff
  • Strong electrical technical skills, including a thorough understanding of Australian Standards
  • Proven capability in leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation and proactive work ethic
  • The ability to work positively in a team environment

    Naturally you will be a strong leader with good client facing project and design management skills and have a sound knowledge of all aspects of electrical engineering including Australian Standards. Previous consulting experience in the building services field is essential with preference given to experience in the Perth market, however consideration will also be given to candidates with building services experience from other Australian locations.
