Aurecon are looking for an experienced and passionate Diversity and Inclusion Manager. We’ve made significant progress, but we need someone to continue the journey, which has so far seen Aurecon receive the Australian Human Resource Institutes (AHRI) Inclusive Workplace Award and be recognised by WGEA as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality.
Diversity and inclusion isn’t an option – it is paramount to our ability to bring ideas to life for our clients with diverse thinking and innovative solutions. We therefore need a thought leader in this field who has a strong track record of designing, implementing and successfully delivering diversity and inclusion strategies that have a real impact.
In this role you will partner closely with your colleagues in the HR team and senior business stakeholders in delivering on our current strategic priorities while also thinking about what the future needs to look like and how we will achieve our aspirations.
