Administrative Assistant – Program Advisory

Key Accountabilities

The successful candidate can expect to get involved in a diverse range of tasks from day-to-day, including:

  • Develop key relationships with peers internally and other support staff. Liaison with other business units, business managers and business support services globally to support the smooth running of the Program advisory business
  • Organising meetings, room bookings and agendas, then participating and taking minutes
  • Organising catering when required
  • Setting up presentations
  • Assist staff with monthly expenses
  • Draft and compiling of documents, editing & formatting of reports, tailoring CVS, spreadsheets and PowerPoint Presentations
  • Travel - assisting with submitting/follow-up of requests
  • General ad hoc administration

About You                                                                                   

This role is ideally suit a self-motivated individual, someone passionate about developing their administration skills in a friendly corporate setting offering opportunities for ongoing skill building.

We are looking for a positive-minded early career Administrator, demonstrating a genuine keenness to learn who can work well as part of a busy team and contribute to the group as a whole as their talent evolves.  As this is an all-rounder position, and a flexible approach is a must.
