Senior Manager - Security (Physical)
Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager – Security (Physical) to lead and elevate our security operations at our Broadmeadows site, which includes biotech manufacturing and Research & Development facilities.
Reporting to the Regional Security Director – APAC, you will be the site's security subject matter expert, responsible for implementing strategic and tactical security measures to protect our people, products, and assets. You will lead a team of contracted security officers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a safe and secure environment 24/7.
Your Role
- Lead site level security operations and crisis response.
- Develop and implement security strategies, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver threat awareness training and conduct vulnerability assessments.
- Manage emergency planning and incident investigations.
- Build strong relationships with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and CSL partners.
- Be available on call 24/7 for security-related events and emergencies.
Your Skills & Experience
- A university degree in security, business, or risk management. Certified Protection Professional (CPP) / Physical Security Professional (PSP) certifications preferred.
- Extensive experience in security management, including physical protection and supply chain security.
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- A valid Victorian Security Licence and Driver's Licence.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Hold a valid ASIC White Card (Preferred) or ability to gain.
