HR Project Manager

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. With flexibility at the heart of how we work in HR and at Aon, we welcome conversations around all types of flexible work options.
Aon’s Human Resources team provides a full suite of HR support services across a diverse range of stakeholder groups. Our Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Organisation Development, Remuneration & Benefits, Payroll and HR Connect teams align Human Capital solutions with the organisations’ overall strategic objectives – putting people first.
Reporting in to the Head of HR Operations and Projects, as the HR Operations and Project Manager you will be responsible for planning and managing a number of key strategic people projects.
The role will be hands on in executing a varied scope of projects with key responsibilities including:
- Partnering with COE’s to deliver annual HR cycles initiatives and strategic project, both on a national or pacific scope
- Coaching and mentoring HR Project Leads
- Lead system implementation and business improvement projects
- Design and oversee implementation of communication and change campaigns
- Design and manage the HR Analytics framework, to arm Business Partners and People Leaders with data and insights.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have a strong Project Management background, ideally having worked within a large and complex organization.
You will also bring:
- Proven experience managing large programs of work
- Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills developing effective relationships both internally and externally
- Proven ability to adapt to change and manage changing priorities
- The ability to work autonomously while engaging and communicating with others the details of the project as required
- Strong business analyst skills
