About The Role
Role Location: 242 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000
Role Type: Permanent (40 hours per week)
 
As Training Officer, you will be responsible for the quality delivery of 'best of breed' learning programs resulting in cognitive learning, knowledge transfer, effective behaviour change and tangible business-based outcomes.  You will also be responsible for the coordination and delivery of learning programs via multiple channels and across Customer Servicing - Wealth, including Share Investing, Investment Lending, General Insurance and Complaints disciplines.
 
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Strong skills and experience in Training facilitation and managing adult learning experience
  • Strong planning and stakeholder management skills and experience
  • Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Tertiary education in Training and Assessment and RG 146 compliant
  • Experience in implementing change and continuous improvement
  • Ability to effectively partner with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
