About The Role
Our vision for the employee technology experience is to create a seamless, engaging and highly functional experience through the provision of a world class technology environment.
As a Technology Area Lead for Workplace, you will be accountable for creating and managing the next generation of workplace for ANZ. This is a key leadership position in our Employee Experience domain, that will own a commitment to delivering excellent customer service outcomes first and foremost. You will have had significant experience leading major foundational programs across an enterprise (similar to Office 365). You will also have had similar experience leading Workplace technology Tribes, with squads providing the day to day enablement and life cycle management of physical hardware and software employees are issues with and use, including laptops, handheld devices, meeting room devices, phones and printers.
In the role of a Technology Area Lead, you will be accountable for enabling the Group Technology Strategy objectives to deliver on your Tribe’s purpose. You will be relentless in breaking down barriers and removing roadblocks that impact your area’s ability to deliver.
