About the Role
Role Type: The position could be part time (3 or 4 days per week) or full time
This is a highly autonomous role within the resourcing function at the bank; as the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Indigenous Recruitment you will provide support and guidance to people from Indigenous backgrounds who are interested in pursuing a career within ANZ. You will be responsible for the delivery of our Indigenous recruitment programs - helping to create a diverse and inclusive workplace. The position involves working with a range of stakeholders, from our external partners to key stakeholders across the bank.
