Senior Relationship Manager

  • Grow the business through developing and executing customer strategies, in conjunction with the District / Regional Executive or product specialists
  • Develop effective working relationships and work with product partners and other business units to identify opportunities and execute solutions
  • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction   

About The Role

Role Type: Full-time permanent

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for actively managing and growing a portfolio of accounts through client acquisition and exceptional customer service. It is expected that you have a clear understanding of the performance history and that you understand future plans of each portfolio before advice is given to the client. You will collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to ensure an effective and value adding strategy is identified for the client whilst minimizing all potential risks to ANZ.

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Proven performance and broad Relationship Management experience with a focus on the corporate market
  • Sound credit skills with the ability to present a well-motivated risk assessment and business proposition. Able to structure effectively and negotiate complex financing alternatives
  • Demonstrated understanding of understanding mid-market business needs and expectations and abilities to originate new business. In depth knowledge of a broad range of products and services. Demonstrates abilities to structure and tailor value added innovative financial solutions.
  • Demonstrated people management and coaching skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy and demonstrated excellent customer focus
  • Ability to work responsibly; work with a team with proven analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
