About The Role
Role Location: 833 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia
Role Type: Full-time permanent
 
As a Senior Change Analyst, you will work with key stakeholders across ANZ to deliver a range of initiatives utilizing your knowledge, understanding and experience applying change management methodologies for supporting the successful implementation of change into the Customer Contact Centre. 
 
Your role will involve:

  • Managing multiple complex change initiatives
  • Driving the identification of business impacts
  • Identify the change scope and document an appropriate change approach
  • Engage and influence key stakeholders
  • Complete an assessment of the readiness for the changes being implemented by the program/project
  • Manage sign off of communication content by the appropriate stakeholders

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Previous business analyst experience
  • Experience in Change Management
  • Proven track record for delivery of tasks against requirements and complex projects delivered to completion within timelines and to a high level of quality
  • Ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries and build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure and manage multiple activities in accordance with delivery requirements and timelines
  • Attention to detail with a strong motivation to get things done
