About the role
Your role as an Advice Assistant is to perform transactional and administrative activities, provide a seamless service to a variety of client needs, including general queries across different products, focusing on maintaining client satisfaction, compliant execution and national consistency of application. The role will also focus on providing an excellent, consistently applied on-boarding experience to clients that are new to ANZ Private Australia as well as exceeding the needs of Ongoing Advice Clients.
Your role which reports to the Advice Client Services Manager, will support Wealth Specialist Advisors to provide a First Class Private Wealth experience. You will also ensure the Advisor and the client are kept proactively informed of the status of implementation activities and queries.
