About the role                                                 
Our team is responsible for the end to end design, governance and delivery of ANZs reward framework.  
Key activities include data management for remuneration survey submissions, market remuneration analysis, system configuration, remuneration reporting and supporting performance and remuneration review activities.

About You
To be successful in this role, will ideally bring the following-

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal)
  • Strong MS Excel skills (some exposure to financial modelling advantageous)
  • Strong team contributor and ‘can do’ attitude
  • High learning agility (demonstrated ability to learn new skills)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including statistical analysis and interpretation
  • Process improvement focus
