Relationship Manager


  • Define and manage occupancy changes on behalf of the Business Unit
  • Undertake pro-active planning to understand and develop strategic property solutions to support client requirements
  • First Point of contact for management of issues/complaints

 
About The Role
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: Permanent Full-time
 
The primary purpose of your role is to build a relationship with the respective BU client, to understand and translate their business strategy and needs into property solutions, and to facilitate delivery of this solution in co-ordination with Group Property’s Policies and Guidelines as well as other business units such as Talent and Culture and Technology.
 
Your secondary function is to understand BU operation and to ensure that property solutions represent ‘best practice’ in terms of workplace enablement including capturing measurable business benefits associated with Property changes
 
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -

  • Deep knowledge of and significant experience in managing the delivery of building services
  • Experience in the following: user experience design, technology, change management, space management, and facilities management
  • Ability to deal with a variety of complex issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines
  • Strong network & relationship building skills with proven experience in managing significant commercial relationships
  • Goal oriented and focused on meeting performance targets
  • Tertiary Qualifications in a property related field, e.g. construction or engineering
