  • Drive & maintain strong asset finance portfolio quality by providing specialist advice on appetite, structures and compliance requirements
  • Drive deeper value relationships and market share via strong focus on product with key stakeholders (State Managers, Regional Executives, and Area Managers)
  • Articulating a compelling vision and clear direction for the team which links business objectives to individual roles

About The Role

Role Location: Sydney NSW or Brisbane QLD

Role Type: Permanent Full-time

 
As the Regional Asset Finance Sales Manager for QLD and NSW, you will be responsible for the growth and profitability of Asset Finance across New South Wales and Queensland. You will be leading and developing a team of Asset Finance Managers to grow ANZ Asset Finance business via driving a strategic business development agenda which focuses on delivering tailored, profitable solutions within the proprietary channels of ANZ (Specialist Distribution, Business Banking, Small Business Banking and Private Banking).
 
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Financial background with experience in Asset Finance.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing business development and marketing plans, as well as driving effective customer service behaviour.
  • Proven exposure to capital intensive industry and markets, supported with expertise in product skills and market knowledge with business contacts.
  • Well-developed leadership ability, with proven experience in achieving results through collaboration with others and a track record in effective coaching.
  • Strong customer relationship management, networking and negotiating skills previously demonstrated in winning new customers and closing transactions.
  • Proven ability to create relationships and influence outcomes and behaviours of key internal stakeholders
  • Valid Driver's License is required
