About The Role
Role Location: 242 Pitt Street, NSW
Contract Duration: 12 months
 
As a Program Scheduler, you will be responsible in designing, establishing and maintaining integrated schedules for complex scheduling environments including large programs and portfolios, time-critical initiatives, integrating external-party schedules, agile and mixed methodology projects. You will also pro-actively monitor, report and optimize the critical path through individual projects and the overall program and maintain scheduling standards, guidelines and templates at project, and or program level.
 
About You
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

  • 7+ years experience in schedule management and master scheduler roles covering planning, delivery and cutover/implementation
  • Harnessed experience with contemporary scheduling tools such as PPM, SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
  • Expert skills with Microsoft Project and Visio
  • Excellent communicator and team player with strong focus on implementing fit-for-purpose schedules to serve and support the project team
  • Experienced advising upwards to Program Directors and other key stakeholders
