About The Role
Role Location: 347 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000
Role Type: Permanent (40 hours per week)
 
As a Phone Based – Premium Admin Consultant, you will handle and action all calls and emails from high net worth advisers. You are required to deliver a positive customer experience to both internal and external customers, ensure all Service Level agreements are met whilst complying with regulatory and bank requirements, process cases end to end, and provide appropriate resolution to issues. You will also process quotes (on life risk products) and handle complaints from both customers and advisers.
 
Please note: This role will transfer to Zurich in 2020
 
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Proven experience in customer service within Life Insurance area
  • Call centre experience/background and RG146/relevant university degree will be an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment where targets need to be reached and deadlines to be met
  • Displays strong capabilities in written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge on Investment Products
  • Demonstrates high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
