About The Role
Role Location: 833 Collins St. Docklands, Melbourne, VIC
Role Type: 12 month fixed term contract
As a Payroll Business Analyst, you will ensure that payroll outcomes for ANZ are optimised & compliant against local regulatory requirements and ANZ policy. You will work closely with Payroll and HR to ensure payroll is compliant, effective & efficient.
You will be responsible for documenting payroll standards and work instructions and implementing them across the bank; monitoring that the delivery against Payroll Standards are effective, efficient and fully compliant against Legislative & ANZ Policy requirements; and supporting payroll projects and the wider payroll governance team.
