About the role
The Insurance Solutions Consultant role is primarily responsible for administering Insurance policies. This involves processing high volumes, investigating complex cases and actioning items referred through a variety of different channels which include work flow tools, queue based and incoming mail from internal and external third parties. The role is responsible for ensuring that they action requests and tasks to a high standard meeting key metrics whilst complying with regulatory and bank requirements.
