Responsible Banking – Journey Expert

As a Journey Expert in the Responsible Banking Tribe, you will be responsible for optimising existing end-to-end customer journeys and improving the customer experience by devising new, innovative solutions, services, products or propositions.

 

Desired skills, knowledge and experience:

Delivery Management:

  • An understanding of project management skills, how to solve problems and influence, and knowing how, when and why to apply these skills

  • You may have practiced these skills initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and embedding an initiative, to achieve a desired outcome

  • This means you’ll also have an understanding of identifying, tracking, resolving and managing dependencies

Solution Design:

  • Experienced using skills in critical thinking and problem solving which could include designing technical and non-technical solutions to resolve a problem or meet customer needs

  • You’ll know how to apply your craft in new contexts and at varied levels of complexity and you are someone your colleagues come to for advice

Counsel and Guidance

  • Experienced using specific skills in peer to peer coaching, emotional intelligence and empathising

  • You’ll know how to apply your craft in new contexts and at varied levels of complexity, which could include providing advice, recommendations and thought leadership,

Business Analysis

  • Deep expertise in Business Analysis with specific skills in elicitation and requirements gathering using different questioning techniques.

  • You’ll know how to coach others to develop their own skill ibn this area and can translate business requirements into solutions by understanding needs, feasibility and impact

You may also have an understanding in Remediation.
