About The Role
ANZ Share Investing is a wholly owned subsidiary of ANZ. It pioneered online share trading in Australia and is one of Australia’s most respected online stock brokers, providing a convenient, low-cost service to those who want to manage their own wealth creation.
The responsibility of the Client Service Consultant within ANZ’s Share investing is to respond to customer enquiries by providing a high quality experience through exceptional trading and product knowledge and adding value to the conversation by identifying customer needs and referring appropriate financial services to other ANZ channels.
The successful candidates in this role will be working 5 days a week on rotational shifts between 8am to 8pm. We are looking for candidates who are open to be working on casual and fixed-term opportunities. 
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: 

  • Telephone and written communication skills - Including the ability to engage and manage conversations over the phone and via email
  • Customer Service - Ability to relate and empathise with customers
  • Maintains the reputation of the bank and act as an advocate
  • Sales skills - The ability to match customer needs to E*TRADE products and refer to relevant areas of the bank
  • Knows when to provide alternative solutions to meet customer needs
  • Knows when to escalate customer issues
