About The Role

Role Location: 242 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW

Role Type: Permanent Full-time


As an EDR Analyst, you will be responsible in managing disputes relating to SmartChoice, Share Investing, and Investment Lending lodged with the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), and Superannuation Complaints Tribunal (SCT) and Australia Financial Complaints Authority through case investigation and internal and external stakeholder management. You will be also responsible for managing corporate complaints (complaints to the CEO) and governs the complaints process by ensuring appropriate control measures are in place, complaint responses are checked accordingly and audits performed to ensure compliance to the complaints standard.


About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Complaints industry knowledge and manage complex complaints and competing priorities to tight timeframes
  • RG146 compliant and maintained in accordance with regulatory and policy requirements (e.g. CPD points)
  • Experienced communicator and negotiator at all levels with strong customer service focus
  • Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
