About The Role
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

As a passionate communicator, you will develop and deliver integrated communications strategies to support ANZ’s strategic agenda, focusing on ANZ’s customer focus, digital channels and innovation agendas. Covering external and internal communications, you will actively engage with target audiences using a variety of channels, including social and visual methods.


You will have the opportunity to lead and deliver integrated and authentic communication solutions that enhance ANZ’s reputation and project manage major communication projects in line with ANZ’s strategy, purpose and values.


You will be an advocate for best practice integrated and authentic communication solutions (includes internal and external) that enhance employee engagement, articulate ANZ’s progress and reinforces the customer focus.


About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Skills and experience in coaching and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Build relationships in a collaborative manner, coaches and supports others
  • Ability to produce, consult and follow through on significant communications plans and strategies (including digital and social)
  • Commercial thinker, able to demonstrate in-depth customer insight and act on opportunities
  • Makes sound and timely decisions and demonstrates reliability and calmness in high-pressure situations
  • Written communications reflects strong understanding of ANZ’s business and the market
