About The Role
Role Location: Melbourne, VIC
Role Type: Permanent Full-time
 
As a Chapter Lead for Change and Embed, you will be Responsible for building world class capability for the Chapter area, developing squad members in the Chapter, improving the way we work at ANZ and, as a Squad member, contributing to the accomplishment of the Squad’s mission.
 
You will be a promoter and ambassador of the new culture and ways of working. You will bring domain knowledge or deep expertise on a specific topic and develop this expertise and T-shaped capability in your chapter members. Along with Product Owners and coaches, you will care for and nurture the growth of their chapter members to ensure they are inspired by a sense of purpose and are continually building their mastery and autonomy. You are not full-time managers, they work as a squad member for 60% of their time and manage people (across squads) for 40% of their time.
  
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Design change management strategies that take account of the whole end to end value chain and integrate the needs of our bankers and customers and maximise business value
  • Deliver initiative milestones and “own” the impacts to customers and frontline staff, driving adoption, utilisation and proficiency
  • Understand the E2E flow through of actions taken on the customer and banker experience
  • In depth knowledge of change management activities and techniques
