About The Role
Role Location: 242 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000
Role Type: 14-month Fixed Term Contract (40 hours per week)
As a Case Manager – Trustee Benefit Review, you will assess and successfully manage a portfolio of trustee claims (Death, TPD, Terminal, IP Claims, Underwriting Cover, Family Law and Declined Insured Benefits), have due regard to trustee's legal obligations and always act in the best interests of members and their beneficiaries and Administration of the Family Law Unit, complying with Family Court Orders and Agreements. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Manager and the Senior Case Managers in building a high performing specialist team that delivers excellent customer service and provides accurate information to teams within OnePath & the end customer. Moreover, you will assist in training and coaching staff member’s, implementing process improvements and providing technical support to new Case Managers where required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Understanding of Trustee's legal obligations
  • Exposure to Life Claims Assessing
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and letter writing skills
  • Proven complaints management experience
