About The Role
Role Location: 347 Kent Street, NSW
Contract Duration: 6 months
As a Case Manager, your focus on this role is to manage financial services related cases in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. The cases will require analysis of a number of data points to determine the appropriate outcome is reached.
You will also give emphasis to internal project policies and procedures to ensure case management execution falls within approved parameters and ensure adherence to legislative, regulatory requirements and ANZ policies as well as identify and communicate risks in existing, improved and new processes.
