About The Role
Role Location: 242 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Board Manager! This role will see you providing support to Head of Secretariat and Wealth CSO team.

 

Your responsibilities include assisting with Director training and inductions, onboarding Directors and staff, Non-Executive Director fees and reimbursements and providing technical support.  You will also ensure that internal and external customers (including auditors, Senior Management and Executive Assistants to Managing Directors) are provided with a high level of service, including responding to requests for information in a timely manner; and managing the operation of the Board and Board Committee Meetings during Meetings.

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritise tasks, and work under pressure in order to meet business and statutory deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative, and be proactive by taking action and being persistent
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and MeetX
