About The Role
Role Location: Melbourne CBD
Role Type: Full-time permanent; multiple positions
We are seeking Automation Experts who develop strategies that optimise both our customer and system interactions in the Operations space.
You will look into the future, to develop sustainable solutions; search for process enhancement and opportunities; and drive the strategic direction of automations in Operations. You will work with project teams to support the direction of BAU enhancements, upgrades and new builds for key technology platforms including data analysis and translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and practical solutions.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Experience with programming languages and development of automation tools in (.NET, Pega Rebotics, SQL, Javascript, SAS, etc.)
  • Deep business analysis skills, including the ability to define requirements in complex and challenging environments
  • Ability to define and articulate business and customer needs and drivers to inform decision making, assess and design solution outcomes and identify capability gaps (in employees, processes and technology used)
  • Comprehensive analytics capabilities to identify opportunities using statistical & modelling techniques
  • Experience drawing upon customer insights and the ability to act as an advocate enhancing the customer experience by challenging and encouraging stakeholders to put the customers first
  • Provide effective coaching, mentoring and leadership
