About The Role
Role Location: Sydney, CBD
Role Type: Full-Time Permanent
 
As an Associate Director, PEF, you will be responsible for the ongoing portfolio management of a diverse set of existing Project and Export Finance (PEF) customers and involves a high level of client interaction, credit management and interaction with Relationship Management (RM) and Risk within agreed risk thresholds. You will also require participation in refinancing of existing PEF clients across the Energy (comprising Oil & Gas, Utilities and Renewables), Resources and Infrastructure sectors. You are required to have a strong knowledge of the ANZ JCR and CMF framework and you will be involve in supporting the Executive Director, PEF Australia with mentoring, coaching and development of staff within the PEF Australia Portfolio and Origination team.
 
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Extensive or relevant experience in corporate, project, acquisition or structured finance
  • Sound  financial and analytical skills with knowledge of the relevant market, business and economic trends
  • Appropriate tertiary or post graduate qualification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with particular emphasis on ability to extract  relevant information and present in a concise format
  • Strong financial modelling skills,  sound understanding of ANZ credit risk principles, familiar with JCR and other processes within ANZ
  • Sound interpersonal, networking and relationship skills
