About The Role
Role Location: Sydney, CBD
Role Type: Full-time

Note: This role may be titled either Associate Director or Associate dependent on skillset and qualifications.

As the Associate Director, Client Implementation, you will:

  • Manage complex transitions and be the single point of contact to the client by coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver the clients objectives a timely and seamless client experience .
  • Be a trusted advisor to client by adopting a consultative approach in understanding our client’s as-is state and mapping out the necessary tasks required for a smooth transition
  • Represent implementation in Complex key client tender processes, pre sales customer workshops and be actively engaged in solution design
  • Identify and own process improvements for the customer .
  • Drive improvement projects within the Implementation/Transactional banking community by sharing best practices and leading initiatives that can improve the customer implementation process.  

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Advanced Transactional Banking product knowledge and a thorough understanding of system and channel integration
  • Knowledge of Agile project + waterfall project management methodologies / governance  principles ensuring appropriate prioritisation of project tasks, timelines, and plans
  • Experience managing complex, large projects
  • Strong innovation and Change management orientation, to create innovative solutions to tough problems and the motivation and drive to meet continual new challenges
  • Proven understanding of  customer AP/AR processes
  • Analytical skills - ability to review & analyse workflows and procedure to drive process improvements, enhancing client experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior clients, stakeholders and counterparts.
  • Exceptional Presentation Skills
