Advice Systems Support Officer

About The Role
Your role as an Advice Systems Support Officer is to provide first level support for Advice Systems queries from advisers, support staff and employees within Advice & Distribution Licensees. Your role is required to manage the provision of specialist support in the administration, identification and resolution of user queries and issues via phone and e-mail.
You will develop and manage relationships with key internal customers and stakeholders through the delivery of high quality service. You will provide administrative support through the systems development process, and roll out process improvements for advisers and the technology they use.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: 

  • Advanced software skills (Word, Excel, Project, etc.)
  • Experience with XPLAN a Financial Planning software
  • A basic understanding of the dynamics of financial services markets, including current conditions, future trends and international trends
  • Customer service experience, ideally in a Help Desk or call centre environment
  • Superior interpersonal communications skills including the demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
