Senior Case Manager


We are currently seeking applications from self motivated Case Managers to join a team of experienced Case Managers who provide coverage to our claims teams during periods of staff absence. This role ensures we maintain a continuously high level of customer service to all stakeholders. The successful candidate will need to work autonomously and be able to quickly interpret the status of a claim and what case management action needs to be taken to progress the claim.
You will need to be flexible in your approach to your work as you may be required to;-

* provide coverage in any area of case management - from initial eligibility, to early RTW,  through to long tail
* provide support to a different team each day that you work

This is an office based role, located within our Melbourne Central office. The successful candidate will perform all the duties that the Case Manager they are temporarily covering would have been expected to perform.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

* Case Management | Injury Management | Return to Work
* Experience in multiple segments (front end/tail) would be an advantage
* Adaptable, flexible and able to work autonomously
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Effective time management
* Demonstrated customer service and communication skills
* Intermediate PC skills

Agent based case management experience within the Victorian workers compensation scheme is essential.
