About the Role

The Marketing Operations team are responsible for managing the business operations and regulatory communications activities across AGL to shape the customer experience.

As the Program Manager you will be responsible for driving a key program of work to ensure operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience through all communication channels.

Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, you will manage the program across customer and stakeholder communications, risk, finance and benefits, resourcing and governance while ensuring strategic alignment with BAU activities and business strategy.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Keep a customer obsessive approach, continually drive all activities to align with customer journeys and provide the customer with an exceptional customer experience, every time.
  • Coordinate the Steering Committee of cross functional senior leaders to ensure projects under the program remain on track
  • Define & develop key project definitions and requirements including resources, scoping, funding and outcomes and outputs
  • Develop budget requirements for program and projects & maintain accurate records of all program costs and track project deliverable effectiveness
  • Manage the end to end delivery of program initiatives, including design, implementation and review

About You

You will have a strong customer focus and excellent change management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across a diverse stakeholder group.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Communications / Customer journey experience and understanding and a strong best practice mindset
  • Proven experience in program management across large, complex enterprises
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and communication processes and customer experience
  • The ability to conceptualise and execute on strategy and articulate recommendations at a senior level
  • Outstanding senior stakeholder management skills to ensure recommendations are delivered on time and to brief
