Marketing Specialist – Regulatory and Operations (Part-time)


The Marketing Specialist, Regulatory and Operations, position is an integral member of the Marketing team, with accountability for supporting the Marketing Managers and wider business to execute the Regulatory and Operational communications. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

You will be primarily responsible for developing and delivering Customer Marketing activities that meet our Regulatory requirements.

This a diverse and varied role that will have exposure to all aspects of Marketing in a fun and fast paced environment.

This is a permanent part-time role that is 3 days per week

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • deliver in the development and implementation of Regulatory and Operational communications activities to assist in achieving targets.
  • develop campaign strategies to assist in achieving retention and engagement targets.
  • effectively implement all communication initiatives adhering to the communications campaign processes, on time and on budget, to help meet business objectives.
  • work with internal stakeholders and external agencies & partners on marketing campaign design and execution.
  • Manage and mitigate Regulatory risk with compliant communications that also deliver a high-level customer experience.
  • develop internal communications to inform the broader team on campaigns, including campaign schedules and anticipated channel impacts.
  • effectively manage allocated budgets through approval of estimates and purchase orders.
  • manage the consistency and accuracy of communications material.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or business-related field.
  • previous experience in Integrated Marketing with a focus on Regulatory and Operational activity.
  • strong and understanding of marketing function across a range of mediums and channels, including digital.
  • experience in managing multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
  • the ability to plan and implement initiatives quickly, to address competitor or market opportunities.
  • the ability to build and nurture the relationships.
  • strong ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholder relationships and meet their expectations.
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills.
